Jazmin, a graduate student has big dreams.  First she needs to overcome a huge hurdle, a need for a kidney. Jazmin Evans from Gulfport, Mississippi is only 28-years-old, pursuing her graduate degree in Africology at Temple University. In 2012 at the age of 17, she was diagnosed with CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease). Chronic Kidney Disease or CKD is a condition in which the kidneys are damaged and cannot filter blood as well as they should. Because of this, excess fluid and waste from blood remain in the body and may cause other health problems, such as heart disease and stroke. Now 11 years later, when the 28-year-old is dreaming big and working hard to make her dreams a reality, Jazmin is bound to bed for dialaysis 8 to 9 hours every night… Can you share your spare?
