Beth Badour is a 55 year-oresident of Middlesex, Massachusetts. She is a physical therapist. Beth was diagnosed with PKD (Polycystic Kidney Diseasea genetic disease where cysts grow on the kidneys and it eats the healthy tissue. But that couldn’t stop Beth being active. She bikes, hikes, does Zumba, belly-dancing, yoga, and other exercises. You would never know she lives with 2% kidney function. Still, she is battling this disease that needs treatment, and that means finding a kidney. She is now on dialysis for three days a week for four hours every day.

Her first kidney transplant has failed and now she needs another kidney angel to help her. She is looking for a donor to match her B-negative blood type. She’s had several people display interest in donating, but for one reason or another was not a match. But, with the kidney swap program, she has hope.
