Tawny Drain is 33-year-old and South California resident and a cross fit instructor and a former Kare Youth League member. Tawny Drain can no longer play sports because she has an enlarged spleen. Tawny is diagnosed with Caroli disease, a rare inherited disorder marked by an unusually large liver, kidneys and spleen. Her portal vein that carries blood from the spleen and gastrointestinal tract to the liver is blocked. Her liver has lesions on it. The bile ducts doesn’t work, which causes an itchiness in her body. Caroli disease could eventually cause her liver failure and Tawny is in desperate need of a transplant. Are you her gift? Maybe God gave us the ability to donate a part of our liver because the liver has the ability to regrow back to its original size ..This is the biggest act of kindness a person can ever do…. If you would like to give the gift of life, please contact: www.USCLivingDonor.org using Tawny’s name. Save One Person. Save The World. #DoingGodswork.
