Kala Miller is a 22-year-old Texas resident. She was diagnosed with Good Pasture Syndrome in June 2018, a rare autoimmune disease that attacks the lungs and kidneys. Since then she is on dialysis for 16 hours a day. If Kala did not have dialysis she would die. Kala’s quality of life has changed dramatically but Kala is a fighter and survivor. Only a kidney donation can save her life. A new kidney can give her more than 15 years to live without the torture of dialysis. Lala could be a normal young woman to enjoy her school and life. Kala is praying and waiting every day in hopes, a kind-hearted stranger will save her life by donating a kidney. Kala has blood type B and she can receive a kidney from any blood type.
