James Carlson is a 55-year-old man from Norwalk, CT, has a 21-year-old daughter and is a welder. Last February James saw his skin was taking on a yellowish tint and he rushed to the doctor. James was then diagnosed with late stage liver failure. The doctor told Carlson in March that he had only three to six months to live.
