Mike Genim is a resident of Ohio. Mike was first diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease when he was 27. He is 52 now. Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) is a form of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) which can reduce kidney function and ultimately lead to kidney failure. PKD can also cause other complications such as high blood pressure, cysts in the liver, and problems with blood vessels to the brain and heart.
