Save a life! Jalen Walker from Nebraska was diagnosed with primary FSGS when she was only 17. FSGS (Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis). FSGS is a disease in which scar tissue develops on the glomeruli, the small parts of the kidneys that filter waste from the blood.  FSGS  can be caused by a variety of conditions.  FSGS  is an incurable kidney disease that can lead to kidney failure, which can only be treated with dialysis or a kidney transplant. Jalen is 26-years-old now and for the last nine years she is living on dialysis. Jalen is on dialysis for nine hours everyday and needs a kidney from a living donor to survive. Jalen’s brother gave her a kidney in November 2021 but9/14/1977 unfortunately her body rejected the new kidney. Jalen is now in search of a new kidney transplant from a living donor. Jalen is O negative but she can receive the kidney from any blood type.
