Larry Cox is a retired navy veteran, married for 22 years. Larry chose to impact childrens’ lives by serving as a foster parent after retiring from the Navy. He loves foster parenting, work and his volunteer work. But kidney failure has prevented Mr. Cox from doing the things that he would like to do.
