William is almost 3 years old. He was born at 30 weeks alongside his twin brother, Beau. At just 3 days old, William was diagnosed with a posterior urethral valve obstruction, which led to end-stage kidney disease.
Every night, William receives 10 hours of dialysis at home. He uses a G-tube and takes 10 daily medications, one daily injection, and another injection twice a week. Even with all he faces, William loves being outside, reading books, playing with his siblings, and visiting the park. He’s also a big fan of Mickey Mouse, Bluey, bubbles, and stickers.
William has been on the deceased-donor waiting list since October 17, 2025. His family has been told that finding a living donor may be their best path forward. Could you help save a life by learning whether you might be able to donate a kidney to William?
A healthy person with type O blood, under age 55, and a BMI below 30 may be eligible to begin screening. William’s transplant team will determine eligibility and compatibility, and will guide potential donors through the process.
