Gustav Melich from North Carolina has worked in the land of dreams and illusion for his whole working career. Now, he needs a superhero to save his life. Gustav, a visual effect expert who worked on many big blockbuster Hollywood movies like Star Wars The Force Awakens, Matrix Reloaded, Kong: Skull Island, Transformers, Percy Jackson, The Revenant, Iron Man 3, Shrek, Spider-Man, Harry Potter and many more was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma (the most common type of kidney cancer) in both his kidneys on February 18th, 2023. Due to the size of the tumor in both the kidneys, it required nephrectomy (removal of a full kidney). And since October last year, Gustav has been on dialysis. Gustav needs a kidney from a living donor to live. He is hoping that he will find his angel.
