Kyle Froelich is 28- year’s-old from Indiana and needs a kidney transplant. When he was 12, Kyle went in for a routine sports physical. The urine test showed signs of kidney disease at that time. Kyle was on dialysis when he was just a junior at Brownsburg High School. It was his senior year when he was put on the list for a transplant.
Magically, Kyle met Chelsea Clair who volunteered to be a kidney donor. She was only 23 at the time and chose to donate her kidney to a complete stranger. After three years of the successful transplant on 2013, Kyle Froelich married the woman who gave so much to him. A true love story.
