Baby Dima Vitman was born on August 20, 2012 in the Ukraine.

Dima was diagnosed with a disease called Hydrocephalus, where

water collects in the brain and does not drain.

In the Ukraine doctors can not help the baby.

There are doctors who have the expertise to help this child in other countries.
