Sarah Emmott is a 6years-old Leeds girl. Sarah has a rare genetic kidney disease called Congenital Nephrotic Syndrome. She has soft bones from her renal disease and has had broken legs and ribs. She is on a pump feed and never ingests food in a normal way. Sarah is an extraordinary young girl who always thinks of others before herself. Underneath her beautiful happy smiley face there is a seriously sick child withinHer kidney is running at 10 percent and she desperately needs a living kidney donor to live.  Do you have the desire to save a life?
